Mighty Marathas sweep Chola Chiefs for first win of APL season

Mighty Marathas beat Chola Chiefs 6-0 on Saturday to record their first victory of the second Archery Premier League season.
Mike Schloesser hit the maximum 10 with each of his six arrows. Dhiraj Bommadevara also helped the Marathas secure the win at People's Plaza. They won the three sets 74-73, 78-75 and 74-71.
Another closely contested match ended with Prithviraj Yodhas defeating Chero Archers after a 4-4 draw. Matias Grande found the inner ring in the deciding hit-or-miss round, while Pritika Pradeep could not match him.
Kakatiya Knights also came from behind to beat Rajputana Royals. Mete Gazoz helped the Royals win the opening set, before Neeraj Chauhan and Jyothi Surekha Vennam led the Knights' comeback. The Hindu reports that the Knights narrowly missed a perfect 80 when their final arrow scored nine.
