Moscow approves construction of a 450-metre residential complex

Moscow authorities have issued a construction permit for a 450-metre residential complex on Antonova-Ovseyenko Street in the Presnensky district, the Moskva news agency reported on October 14, citing the document.
The complex will have more than 225,000 square metres of floor space, with commercial premises and storage rooms alongside housing. The document describes varying building heights from five to 95 storeys and underground levels.
Moscow's State Construction Supervision Committee issued the permit, which remains valid until October 13, 2033.
For comparison, the completed Federation Tower in Moscow City is almost 374 metres tall, while the planned nearby Aurus Residences has a projected height of about 395 metres. The newly permitted complex is intended to exceed both.
