Moscow region exports 370 tonnes of ice cream in nine months
Moscow region producers exported 370 tonnes of ice cream in the nine months of 2026, while the value of shipments rose to 1.5 times the year-earlier level, the regional agriculture and food ministry said.
The ministry named Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan among export destinations. Regional Agriculture and Food Minister Vitaly Mosin reported growth in export value without giving a comparable rate of change in tonnage.
Moscow region companies shipped more than 18 tonnes of ice cream to Azerbaijan over the nine months. The value of those exports more than doubled compared with the same period of 2025.
Separately, the ministry cited an expert estimate for exports from Russia as a whole to Azerbaijan: more than 340 tonnes in eight months of 2026. Russia exported 285 tonnes to that market during all of 2025.
