Pasechnik reports deaths at Luhansk Telephone Company building

The bodies of two people were found after an attack on the Luhansk Telephone Company building, Leonid Pasechnik said. He described those killed as company engineers.
Pasechnik, the Russian-installed regional leader in Luhansk, said Russian emergency ministry rescuers had found the bodies. He blamed Ukrainian forces for the attack.
The building had caught fire following an overnight strike. Before the bodies were found, reports said members of the duty shift might still be trapped under the debris.
Emergency services and specialist teams continued working at the site.
