Pasechnik reports four civilian deaths and five injuries in Luhansk region

Leonid Pasechnik, head of the Russian-appointed administration in Ukraine’s Luhansk region, reported four civilian deaths over a day on October 10. He said five other people were injured in Ukrainian attacks.

In his MAX post, Pasechnik described several incidents involving vehicles. He said a strike on a farm in the Starobilsk district hit a combine harvester and a truck, killing both drivers.

Near Pankivka in the Bilokurakyne district, the same account said a drone attacked a local bakery’s service vehicle and killed a female employee. In the Antratsyt district, a car driver was reported killed in another attack.

Pasechnik reported injuries to a 76-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man in Lysychansk following several strikes. Two truck drivers were injured in Kreminna and Novoaidar. A 21-year-old man was reported wounded in a strike on an area outside a home in the Slovianoserbsk district.

The administration head said all the injured were receiving medical care. He also reported attacks across 13 municipalities and approximately 100 airborne targets destroyed over the region. These are figures from the administration’s account, and its casualty and interception claims could not be independently confirmed.
