Playground installation at Skhodnya’s Skazka square to continue in November

Main landscaping work at Skazka square in Skhodnya is due to finish by the end of October, while playground installation will continue in November, Khimki’s administration said on October 14 after inspecting the site.
The municipality said the contractor was installing kerbstones and delivering street furniture and other small structures. The base for the new surface had been prepared and drainage arranged.
Khimki district head Inna Fedotova inspected the project. Administration and contractor representatives discussed the pace of work, adherence to the schedule and construction quality.
The project is part of the Forming a Comfortable Urban Environment programme. Electricity connection will follow the current construction work. Playground installation is scheduled as a separate November stage, so the October deadline concerns the main works rather than completion of the entire project.
