
Polish President Karol Nawrocki remained the country’s most trusted politician in September, with 53% of respondents saying they trusted him, up 2 percentage points from August, according to a CBOS survey.
Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz ranked second with 45% trust. Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski was trusted by 43%, unchanged from August, while distrust of him rose 6 points to 35%.
Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski had 39% trust and 45% distrust. Opposition leader Krzysztof Bosak and Prime Minister Donald Tusk each received 37% trust. Distrust of Tusk rose 5 points to 51%. Grzegorz Braun had the highest distrust rating, at 60%.
The Centre for Public Opinion Research (CBOS) surveyed 956 Polish adults from Sept. 14 to 27. Interviews were conducted in person with 63.8% of respondents, by phone with 22.6%, and online with 13.6%.
