Russia adds former priest Ioann Kurmoyarov to wanted list

Former priest Ioann Kurmoyarov has been placed on Russia's wanted list in connection with a criminal offence, according to the Interior Ministry database. RIA Novosti and Mediazona reported the entry.

The record does not specify a Criminal Code article. The new wanted notice therefore cannot automatically be linked to his previous conviction.

Russia's Justice Ministry designated Kurmoyarov a foreign agent in August 2025. He lives outside Russia.
