Main-course options listed include breaded steak, gnocchi, beef with orange sauce, French-style escalope, shredded beef, pork ribs, chicken parmigiana and stuffed chicken thigh. Some locations may also serve colourful pasta, salad and fries.
Desserts will also vary. The programme’s list includes chocolate pudding, brigadeirão, powdered-milk mousse, honey cake, colourful gelatin, a dulce de leche-filled wafer tube and sundae ice cream.
Lunch service will begin at 10:30 a.m. for priority groups and at 11 a.m. for the general public. Bom Prato provides affordable meals to residents of the state, including people in vulnerable circumstances. The programme said the initiative was intended to mark the holiday and highlight the well-being and rights of children and adolescents.
