Three teenagers charged over railway arson in Russia's Krasnodar region
Three teenagers in Russia's Krasnodar region have been charged with a terrorist act over the arson of railway equipment, the Investigative Committee said.
Investigators allege that they set fire to a relay cabinet on the Goryachy Klyuch–Dolina Ocharovaniya railway section. The investigation links the arson to an offer of payment received through a messaging service.
Investigators said the teenagers filmed the fire on a phone and sent the recording to their handler. The accused have been remanded in custody.
