Timoshenko's late goal earns Rodina a draw with Orenburg

Ivan Timoshenko scored a late equaliser as Moscow club Rodina drew 2:2 with Orenburg in the Russian Premier League in Khimki.

Soltmurad Bakayev (14) put the hosts ahead. Jordi Thompson converted penalties in the 25th and 73rd minutes to turn the game around. Timoshenko (90) equalised with a rebound after the ball hit the post.

The final match of the league's 11th round left Rodina bottom with six points. Orenburg have 13 points and sit eighth.

Orenburg visit Akhmat in Grozny on October 23. Rodina play Fakel in Voronezh the following day, October 24.
