Young Russian citizen found dead near Armenian resort

The body of a 22-year-old Russian citizen was found in woodland near Armenia's Arzakan-Aghveran resort, local crime news website Shamshyan.com reported.

According to the outlet, a senior forester with the Armforest organisation informed police in Charentsavan of the discovery on October 18. A police team went to the site.

The body was found in a wooded area about 55 kilometres from Yerevan. The outlet reported that a criminal case had been opened and a forensic examination ordered.
