Avtostat reports fourteen Atom registrations in September

Russia registered 14 Atom electric cars in September, three more than in August, Avtostat director Sergey Tselikov reported on October 9.
A total of 54 cars had been registered since sales began in mid-July. According to Tselikov, roughly three quarters of registrations were to legal entities. These figures describe vehicle registrations rather than production volumes.
Earlier statements accompanying the start of manufacturing at the Moskvich plant described a target of assembling 20 cars per shift. In September, Atom's press service announced the launch of mass production at the Moscow facility.
Kama chief executive Igor Povaraždnyuk had previously estimated production of around 10,000 vehicles during 2026–2027. That is a stated manufacturing target, not an achieved total.
The September registration figure, per-shift assembly plan and two-year forecast therefore refer to different measures and periods.
