Axios reports Moscow and Kyiv agree to technical talks with US

Russia and Ukraine have accepted a US proposal for a trilateral meeting at the technical level, Axios reported, citing an American official.
The official said Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner proposed the format to the Ukrainian side in Oslo and then to the Russian side in St Petersburg. Both accepted the idea.
Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov had earlier said Vladimir Putin discussed resuming talks involving Russia, the United States and Ukraine with Witkoff.
Ushakov named Abu Dhabi as a possible venue for a new round and suggested it could take place around mid-November.
