Borisova, Ilteryakova and Zaikina to compete at AEON Cup in Tokyo

Maria Borisova, Sofia Ilteryakova and Yana Zaikina will represent Russia and the Heavenly Grace association at the AEON Cup rhythmic gymnastics club world championship in Tokyo on 22–25 October.

The Russian Gymnastics Federation and Heavenly Grace confirmed the lineup. Borisova and Ilteryakova will compete as seniors and Zaikina as a junior. RIA Novosti reported that 23 teams are entered.

According to the agency, Russia will enter directly at the final stage after taking silver in 2025. That team comprised Borisova, Ulyana Yanus and Ksenia Savinova.

The prize fund totals 3.2 million yen. The winning team will receive 1 million yen, with 600 thousand yen for silver and 500 thousand yen for bronze. The senior individual winner will earn 400 thousand yen.
