Carrick backs Manchester United to improve after Leeds draw

Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick said his team could improve its results after a 1–1 draw with Leeds in the seventh round of Premier League matches. He acknowledged that the club’s current position offered little cause for satisfaction.

Carrick described the game as difficult and said the team could not be happy with the result because it had not won. He argued that continuing to work in the right way could lead to a better run of results.

Manchester United have seven points from seven matches and occupy position 13 in the table. Their next league game is against Bournemouth on October 25.
