EU works with Turkey and India on Black Sea navigation arrangement

The European Union is working with Turkey and India to advance an arrangement on freedom of navigation in the Black Sea, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on October 20.

Other international partners involved include food-importing countries in Africa and nations across the Global South. Kallas said an arrangement would protect lives and vital supplies.
