Kochi flights to Saudi destinations cancelled on October 10

Several services linking Kochi with Jeddah and Riyadh were cancelled on October 10, The Hindu and The Times of India reported.

Saudia initially rescheduled its SV764/763 services on the Jeddah–Kochi–Jeddah route before cancelling them. Akasa Air's QP551 and QP550 flights on the same route were also cancelled.

Air India Express cancelled IX522 from Riyadh to Kochi. The disruption occurred amid tensions in West Asia.

Passengers were advised to contact their airline for current flight information before travelling to the airport. The report gave no resumption date for the listed services. For Saudia passengers, the cancellation superseded an earlier schedule change, making the latest airline notification particularly relevant.
