Kanye West concert organiser announces refunds from October 12
Say Agency said buyers could submit refund requests from October 12 for Kanye West’s cancelled concerts in St Petersburg. The process will also cover tickets purchased under a promotional offer.
RBC reported that customers had begun receiving an email clarifying the terms. According to the notice, refunds are available regardless of purchase date or the conditions in place at the time, including the August 17–23 promotion.
Customers must submit their own requests through the automated INTICKETS service. The announced date marks the opening of applications, rather than establishing that all buyers have already received their money.
The concerts had been scheduled for October 10 and 11 at Gazprom Arena. The venue said in August that no rental agreement for the shows had been signed and that it was not their organiser.
At the end of September, the tour’s American partner Access Opera said the St Petersburg performance would not take place. Say Agency confirmed the following day that the concerts would not go ahead on the advertised dates. The new email clarifies the refund process following cancellation.
