Lithuanian premier calls security commission meeting after Starlink equipment site targeted

Lithuanian Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius is convening the National Security Commission on October 19 after an attempted arson attack on a company storing Starlink communications equipment.

The attempted attack took place overnight into October 18. Sinkevičius said security services had warned the company of a possible attack, according to RIA Novosti, citing Delfi.

The company strengthened security following the warning, and the arson attempt failed, the prime minister said.
