Magnit warns of service disruptions and promises delayed bonus credits

Magnit warned on October 11, 2026, that internet problems could disrupt its website and app. The retailer said customers would be able to place orders again and promised to credit their loyalty bonuses later.

The company apologised to shoppers whose plans had been disrupted. Its press service's statement, reported by RBC, gave no deadline for restoring services or specific date for crediting bonuses.

Dodo Pizza had earlier reported difficulties and attributed them to an overnight incident at its cloud provider. Users also reported problems with Dom.ru, LIME, Urent, Vkusno i Tochka, DXX and Flowwow.

Drones attacked a Yandex data centre in Vladimir overnight on October 11, damaging infrastructure and halting the facility's operations. Magnit's own statement attributed its difficulties to internet problems.
