Moscow City Court upholds dismissal of Viktoria Bonya’s claim against Avrora Kiba
Moscow City Court dismissed Viktoria Bonya’s appeal in her reputation lawsuit against Avrora Belyakova, known as Avrora Kiba, the court’s press office said.
Bonya sought a declaration that Kiba’s statements about her private life were false, a public retraction and compensation of 3 million rubles. The claimant argued that the post damaged her business reputation and relationships with business partners, and affected her minor daughter.
The dispute began in the summer of 2025 after Bonya commented on Kiba’s family finances and her relationship with singer Grigory Leps. Kiba’s response became the subject of the lawsuit.
A Moscow district court dismissed the claim in June. The appeal court left that decision unchanged and rejected Bonya’s complaint.
