Moscow says most active couriers passed road-rules test before mandatory phase

Most active Moscow couriers completed road-rules and work-standards testing during the voluntary period from September 30 to October 14, the city’s transport department said on October 16.

The test runs through the KIS ART digital system. Results immediately appear in couriers’ personal accounts and remain valid for one year, the department said.

Questions cover safe travel by bicycle and personal mobility devices. Topics include speed limits, dismounting at pedestrian crossings and communication with customers.

According to the department, couriers who have not passed are temporarily marked inactive and cannot take shifts. They can take the test at any time, with access to orders restored after a successful result.
