Restrictions on aircraft arrivals and departures at three Moscow airports had been lifted by 7 a.m. Moscow time on October 9. The airline said it had adjusted its schedule and offered involuntary refunds.
According to Rosaviatsiya and media reports, restrictions at Domodedovo began on the evening of October 8, then affected Vnukovo and Zhukovsky. Moscow airport operations had resumed by morning. Restrictions lasted longer at several airports in the Volga region and were lifted at about 5:57 a.m. Moscow time.
Pobeda advised passengers to check flight status through its “Vitya” chatbot, on the departure airport’s website or in the booking confirmation email. The carrier also said passengers on affected flights could request an involuntary refund, including on non-refundable fares.
The airline said its services were operating in enhanced mode. Passengers should check the latest departure time before travelling to the airport because schedules were adjusted after the temporary restrictions.
