Sergei Sobyanin reports 403 drones heading towards Moscow region overnight

A total of 403 drones headed towards Moscow region between 20:30 on October 9 and 08:30 on October 10, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said. Most were neutralised at distant approaches, while 25 were downed on approach to the capital, he said.
RIA Novosti and Interfax carried the statement posted on Max. Sobyanin identified a twelve-hour period from Friday evening to Saturday morning. The 403 figure concerns drones travelling towards the wider Moscow region.
Kommersant also reported that Moscow airports were operating normally from 08:50 after temporary restrictions. Russia’s Defence Ministry separately reported 560 drones destroyed overnight without providing a breakdown for each region. That is a separate overall ministry tally.
