Digitalist discloses share-exchange talks after Helsinki trading halt
Nasdaq Helsinki suspended trading in Digitalist Group shares and related instruments on October 13 ahead of the disclosure of inside information. The company subsequently announced talks about a possible share exchange and reverse listing.
The exchange notice was issued at 11:31 UTC. Nasdaq said the suspension was ongoing, order books would be cleared and the financial supervisor had been notified.
In a later release, Digitalist said it had requested the halt until the information was published. It is negotiating with the owners of an unlisted Finnish company that could reach the regulated market through a reverse listing.
No binding agreement has been signed. Digitalist did not identify the potential partner and warned that the outcome of negotiations remained uncertain. The company expected trading to resume after its release, but that expectation does not establish that trading actually restarted.
