Tanguy Ndombele begins Rubin trial ahead of decision on his future

French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele has arrived for a trial at Rubin Kazan, the club said. A decision on his future will follow a training cycle with the team.

The 29-year-old is a free agent after leaving Nice in the summer. He made 13 appearances and provided an assist for the French club last season.

Ndombele previously played for Amiens, Lyon, Tottenham, Napoli and Galatasaray. He made seven appearances for France between 2018 and 2021.
