Three killed in two attacks on Riyadh airport

Three Saudi citizens were killed in two attacks on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh on 8 October, Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation said.
According to the authority, one attack targeted airport infrastructure and the other hit a Saudia aircraft. Several people were injured, including foreign nationals. Saudi Gazette reported property damage and an emergency response at the airport.
Airport operations subsequently resumed. The aviation authority said traffic had returned to normal. Its statement described the consequences of the attacks without identifying those responsible.
Yemen's Ansar Allah movement, commonly known as the Houthis, twice claimed attacks on the airport on 8 October. The movement said its actions were a response to strikes on Yemen. Those claims are separate from the Saudi authority's confirmed account of deaths, injuries and damage.
