Yandex Taxi resumes driver payouts with remaining limitations

The company says withdrawals from Yandex Pro are being restored. Payments for trips completed October 10–12 are under way, but access is returning gradually.
RBC obtained a message to drivers whose authenticity a Yandex representative confirmed. The company promised to pay all earnings for completed trips and said those orders remained recorded in its system.
Many drivers can already withdraw money from their balances, the representative said. Restoration continues for some users, while balance updates may lag by several hours.
Fontanka separately reported resumed payments to drivers and partners after receiving a company press office comment. Those statements did not announce the complete elimination of delays.
The disruption followed attacks on data centers in Sasovo on October 8, Kaluga on October 9 and near Vladimir on October 11. Problems affected both Yandex services and third-party projects using its cloud infrastructure.
The promise to pay all earnings does not mean every driver has already received the money. RBC also reported cases in which drivers asked passengers to cancel app bookings and pay directly because of the delays.
