Yury Semin calls Kasımpaşa game Aleksey Batrakov's best for Galatasaray

Former Lokomotiv coach Yury Semin believes Aleksey Batrakov played his best Galatasaray match in the win over Kasımpaşa. Speaking to Sport-Express, he praised the Russian midfielder's passing.

The seventh-round Turkish league match ended in a 3-1 victory for Galatasaray. Batrakov contributed an assist.

Semin singled out the midfielder's passing, limited losses of possession and an effective free-kick delivery. He said Batrakov also created another highly dangerous opportunity.

The coach questioned why Batrakov had been substituted, while stressing that the team's victory was the main outcome. Calling it the player's best match was Semin's assessment.

The 21-year-old Russian joined Galatasaray from Lokomotiv in August 2026. Sport-Express reported that he had provided two assists in six appearances for the Turkish side across all competitions.
