Onishchenko included swimming, dancing and other forms of movement among useful activities. He also highlighted adequate rest and healthy eating, and cautioned against trying to relieve tension with alcohol.
He separately addressed information habits. If following the news produces anxiety, Onishchenko suggested limiting the use of electronic devices. Hobbies and other enjoyable activities, he said, can help improve mood.
