Court orders Yulia Mikhalkova to pay online advertising levy debt

Former Uralskiye Pelmeni performer Yulia Mikhalkova was ordered to pay a 4,800-rouble debt and an 8,000-rouble court fee. RIA Novosti reported the order after reviewing court documents.

The court in Yekaterinburg granted Roskomnadzor's application in full. The debt concerns mandatory payments for online advertising for the first quarter of this year. The court fee is separate from the unpaid levy.

Earlier reports described only the regulator's application, filed on September 28. At that stage, the court had not yet considered it. The new report concerns an order for collection rather than an outstanding request from the regulator.

The documents state that the order must be cancelled if the debtor submits objections to its enforcement within ten days. The report of the court order does not establish that Mikhalkova has already transferred the money.

Mandatory payments for distributing online advertising have applied since April 1, 2025. The levy is 3% of quarterly income from advertising distribution services aimed at Russian consumers. Roskomnadzor monitors whether those payments are made in full and on time.
