Luhansk authorities report power worker injured in drone attack

A woman employed by the Pervomaisk electricity network district suffered multiple shrapnel wounds in a drone attack on a vehicle, the Luhansk regional administration and Luganskenergo reported on October 13.
The woman maintains electricity substations. According to the authorities, she was travelling between energy facilities when the vehicle was attacked. She was promptly taken to a medical facility.
The Pervomaisk network district is part of Luganskenergo, a branch of South-Western Electricity Grid Company. The regional administration said the drone was Ukrainian.
The same statement gave cumulative casualty figures for energy-company employees restoring electricity supplies: 30 killed and 86 injured since the start of hostilities. Those totals cover the stated period and are not the casualty count for the latest attack.
