Pinyaev records first two-assist match in Russian Premier League

Sergey Pinyaev recorded two assists in a Russian Premier League match for the first time as Lokomotiv beat Fakel 5-0 away. The milestone came in his 127th appearance in the top division.
The tenth-round fixture was played in Voronezh on Saturday, October 10. Sport-Express and Sports.ru reported the twenty-one-year-old midfielder’s career figures, citing Opta. Flashscore’s match data also lists two assists for him against Fakel.
The performance ended a run of twenty-two league games without an assist. Pinyaev had last set up a goal in the Russian Premier League in May 2025, before the prolonged sequence that ended on Saturday.
His contribution combined a personal first with the end of that drought. Lokomotiv confirmed the emphatic away victory in its official account of the post-match press conference, after a game in which the Moscow club scored five unanswered goals.
