Yandex Cloud restores most AI services with some restrictions remaining

Most Yandex Cloud AI services have resumed operation following an outage, according to the platform's October 14 status update. Some tools and resource expansion remain restricted.

AI Studio has restored APIs and models including YandexGPT and Alice AI, along with Realtime API, Retrieval API and Embeddings API. Publishing AI agents to messengers and web widgets is also available again.

SpeechKit has restored speech recognition through API v1 and API v3, including synchronous and asynchronous audio file processing. Alice AI Pro for Business has also resumed operation, with restrictions.

The update does not indicate a complete platform recovery. Workflows, Batch Inference API and Dedicated Models remain unavailable, and services may restrict the creation of resources or increases in consumption.
